So you want to join Team Odd?

Step 1: Register Interest

• See “START APPLICATION “at the end of this page.

• Fill out the registration form with your name, email, and contact details.

• Indicate your interest in joining Odd and any specific services or memberships you're interested in.

Step 2: Meet Onboarding Team for Discovery Call!

• After registering interest, you'll receive a confirmation email from Team Odd.

• An onboarding team member will reach out to schedule a discovery call to learn more about your needs and preferences.

• During the call, you'll discuss your goals, expectations, and how Odd can meet your requirements.

Step 3: Trial Day

• Upon mutual agreement during the discovery call, schedule a trial day to experience Odd firsthand.

• Arrive at the designated time and location for your trial day.

• Meet with the Space Co -Ordinator, tour the facilities, and explore the space available.

• Participate in any activities or services you're interested in during the trial period.

Step 4: Receive Letter of Offer

• If the trial day confirms Odd as the right fit for you, you'll receive a formal letter of offer from the odd team.

• The letter will outline the terms of your membership or employment, including benefits, responsibilities, and any relevant details.

Step 5: Onboarding Process

• Complete any necessary paperwork or documentation required for onboarding.

• If you're joining as an independent professional, health and safety induction, set up your workspace or chair rental according to your preferences and last but not least HeadShots!

• If you're joining as an employee, attend any onboarding sessions or training workshops scheduled by odd.

Step 6: Start Date

• Coordinate with Team Odd to determine your official start date.

• Arrive at Odd on your start date prepared to begin your membership or employment.

• Meet with your designated point of contact for any final onboarding procedures or introductions.

Step 7: Enjoy Your Odd Experience!

• Start enjoying all the benefits of being part of the Odd community!

• Book client appointments for hair and beauty services, utilise workspace facilities, and engage with other members or employees.

• Take advantage of member-exclusive events, discounts, and networking opportunities.
